I started brushing like this after watching an instructional video but now have ended up with receded gums from over brushing on my gumline! Just to say be careful!

My past dental hygienist actually showed me this method (minus the circling part) when I was in elementary school in 2007. Thankful for her because my dentist is always happy with how i maintain my teeth when he examines them! I still use that method to brush (after I brush wrong first😅)
