The "I have the high ground" phrase was a bit silly and pretty random, I think if Obi-Wan just said "don't try it" as he stared down at Anakin and Anakin immediately jumped like he did in the version we got, it would've been better. But aside from the dialogue, the choreography we got is good as it is

I think George’s ending is better because Anakin wanted to prove that he was better than Obi Wan and used the same exact move that Obi Wan used against Maul in episode 1. And so his need to prove himself was his undoing.

The high ground line is cheesy but it makes a good point. There should have been more of a call back to the ending of phantom menace to make it more explicit and the characterization of anakin is incomplete, he shpuld show more of his moral defects, like arrogance to make his whole arc more believable including what goes through his head at that moment.
