How to Tell If an Egg Is Too Old

Chef Richard Rosendale shows us an easy trick to determine whether or not the eggs that have been sitting in the fridge are still good to cook.

That is correct, although if an egg is at the bottom, and is on its side (vertical) it is still good, but better for making meringue. Over time, air goes into the egg.
