Cloud Bread Recipe:

4 Large eggs
2 oz (56g) Room temp. low-fat creamcheese
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 Tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp - 1/4tsp salt
1/2 Tsp cream of tartar

Cloud Bread Instructions:

Separate the egg yolks from the whites
Add the yolks to a large bowl, along with all of the ingredients listed above, except for the cream of tartar
Use a hand mixer to combine all of those ingredients into one another and set aside
In another large bowl add the egg whites and cream of tartar and beat until super thick peaks develop in the bowl
Once they do gently add the whites mixture in with the yolks
Try to keep as much "fluffiness" to the whites as you can while doing this
Once combined, add to large spoonfuls -per slice of cloud bread - to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (the recipe makes 10 pieces, so you'll need two trays)
Bake the trays at 300 Degrees for about 30 minutes
Let the cloud bread cool completely in the tray

If you don't mind it coming out flat so you can use it like a wrap, try it this way. Put ALL of the ingredients in one bowl and blend together with a mixer. Pour onto the parchment paper. Bake. Cut to whatever size you'd like with a pizza cutter. Now you have soft flatbread you can use for wraps, or go Mexican with them and make soft tacos or tortillas. The taste is the same. The nutritional value is the same. They're just not as thick as if you follow this recipe to the letter and I think they're more versatile.

First Timer Here: Just put a batch in the oven. Hopefully they don't taste like eggs lol

Update: Its a game changer! I can substitute regular bread for this even if I wasnt doing Keto. Its super light like cotton and doesn't taste like anything at all. Next time i will add more garlic powder to give it at least a little flavor. My 10 year old likes it as well which is odd as she doesn't like anything lol Good Job!!!

I haven't tried Donald Duke's suggestion. But I will, trust me on that. I stumbled upon this tutorial and just dove right in. Me and mine are 100% Paleo & Keto, no exceptions. We've had such fun with this, in that, in 5 days I've made 5 batches. Wonderful concept, doable idea, healthy result, tasty food. I'm so grateful for you guys that put this stuff together. I still had some bulk yeast from my homemade bread making days in the freezer, so I added in a 1/2 tsp dry to my yoke mix to see if it would impart more of a bread flavor. It was very good! I will be using it from now on in all my keto bread recipes for my beloved yeast bread flavor. Thanks for this recipe. 👍

Hi Duff, I've just found your channel! This is great! My husband is on a strict regimen to lose weight. I will try this. He can't have bread, pasta, rice etc! Boiled eggs no omelets. Got old pretty quick! I bought a silicone muffin pan and added spinach, mushrooms, cheese, meat or seafood of choice, diced green onions and poured beaten eggs (salt pepper) over them. (He can have these things) Baked for 15 - 20min. 350 degrees. Comes out like quiches.

Joe, not sure if you go back and read comments, especially on “older” content, and I know you’ve read this a million times, but here’s to a million and one! This is my second time round on the keto diet and the first time I lost about 20-25 pounds in just 4 months, so I know I can do it. I catapulted off the wagon after going on vacation and just now hopping back on. Channels like yours are paramount to the long term success of people like me. I heavily rely on channels like yours and another favorite sugar free mom, for ideas on how I can find creative ways to feel as if I’m able to eat some of the same foods the rest of my family indulge in daily without a care. The temptation is overwhelming when you are the only person in your household who struggles with an extra 30-40 middle aged pounds. Thank you so much for putting in all those pain staking hours in the kitchen so that your viewers can benefit and be successful with healthier eating. This cloud bread is genius and really a pretty yummy alternative! Please keep the videos coming!
