Using the iPhone 4 in 2018 - Review

The iPhone 4 is already 8 years old! How does it hold up in 2018? You might be surprised... or not. It's not too bad considering the age, and is certainly fun to play around with. But let's take a closer look!

I'm watching this on the Iphone 4, it's my everyday device and a good phone. My only problem with it is that it isn't comparable with most apps.

It is still so surprising that people use a iPhone 4 even to this day. The iPhone 4 is almost 8 years old but still, once in a while I see people walking around with a iPhone 4, it really shows how well the iPhone 4 has aged. My guess on why some people still use an iPhone 4 or 4s to this day is because of how good the screen resolution is and how modern it still looks.

I made the mistake and updated my iPhone to the modern design (don't know at which IOS version it got changed)... if only there was a way to undo that or an app that allows you to use the old style & icons.

The iPhone 4 was my first iPhone back in 2013 and it still has better battery life than my 5C, though not as good as my 7 Plus. Still, it's a great phone to play around with and have some nostalgia and it came in handy when I worked tech support for Apple and had people still using them.

My 5S just crapped out and I pulled out my old 4. It’s in perfect shape and I am considering using it again. Not gonna pay 500 or more for a newer iPhone. Just don’t see the need. I am like your grandmother. Only use my phone for calls, text and the occasional email ... and maybe a photo here or there when I don’t have my Nikon with me. Love your video update on this classy older phone. I agree... it’s a beauty.

Ive been using this beauty for almost 8 years now? OMG I cant believe it! I use it for Youtube, Whatsapp, Twitter, Snapchat, Ebay, Twitch, Netflix, the Ipod and even have the old Tomtom europe app which always gets me to where I want to go. The fact that they are outdated apps really doesnt seem to matter they work perfectly! Definitely jailbroken so I could speed it up with many small tweaks and play many pokemon roms! Im a real Iphone 4 fanboy I wouldnt mind using it another 5 years lol

iPhone 4 was my first phone, my dad got it free on contract after the iPhone 5 came out. I was a freshman in high school and I loved that thing! That phone was ultimately stolen but since then I’ve collected an iPhone 4 and two iPhone 4s from friends and family when they upgraded.

The iPhone 4 was my first smartphone. I sold it in 2016 to a friend who broke it, so i bought anotherone for nostalgic purposes. I have it and its always nice to look at it and remember the old times. Sry for my bad english i‘m german
