The property was purposely left unattended by the secret service. This was not a mistake or incompetency plain as day and btw the FBI is not investigating it as stated in testimony by the director.

I spent years as a contractor clearing trees from power lines with a bucket truck. Every power company would give each crew a portable radio, charger and a cell number for backup. This is so we always had contact with control. It's not that hard.
