3) Why was the sniper team observing a known threat and did not fire until the threat got off 6 shots.
4) Who is the women that was holding a Biden sign behind Trump who them calmly holds up her cell phone?
5) Why was rooftop in easy range not covered or occupied by SS personnel?
6) Who was the agent in charge on the ground?
There is a lot here that stinks. Either from collusion or gross incompetence.
As to why he missed. I suspect the point of aim of the sights were off to the left.
