My laptop report goes like this - Design Capacity 48840 mWh and 17582 mWh; Over all battery life/duration 0:31;:47 out of 1:28:19 design capacity. Base on the report it is most likely that i need to get a new battery. Thanks for the video.

What is the range of %age where we have to replace our battery?

Full Charge Capacity: 27, 099 mWh

Should I replace the battery? Moreover, it goes from 100% to 40% in about 45 min and then from 40% to 0% in about 20 min. Please advise in this.

My battery's Full Charge Capacity is 16, 546 out of 41, 440 which is 40%. What I'm facing with my battery is it suddenly drops down to 0% when it is at 50%. While on the other side, it is also getting charged at a very fast speed like it takes around 15 mins to get to 60%. By the way, thanks for the video as it helped me reach to the conclusion that I should buy a new battery. :)

The message in my laptop after typing powercfg and all is.. "unable to perform operation. An unexpected error (0x3f9) has occurred: the system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format."
What should I do?

Hi, I purchased new laptop. Dell G 15 5520 i5 12th gen 16Gb.From 1st day onwards I'm getting a battery drop of 1℅ per minute. I checked task manager, cpu at 1℅, Dedicated Graphics 0℅, memory 5.8GB, WiFi 0 KBps, Integrated GPU 0℅. No external devices connected while testing reports. Design capacity of battery is 54, 891mWh, Full charge of capacity is 52030mWh ( which reducing every next day). A total of just 100 min of backup I get on STAND BY MODE(which is with only display onn and no other function on it) I I talk with Dell and they finally agreed that this laptop should give 3-4 hrs of backup on stand by mode. And they ready to replace with new battery.I kindly request you to share your opinion on this scenario that is my battery has a problem? And if yes then should I allow dell to replace battery of new laptop or should I opt for complete laptop replacement? Waiting...for your reply my friend.

Does this mean that my laptop is used?
