In this video I use pH drops on your favorite bottled waters. If it turns yellow that mean it is acidic. If it turns green then it is neutral. If it turns blue or purple that means it is alkaline! We're going to find out which one is the best one!

Just to clarify, pure water has a pH of 7. Below that is acidic and above is basic. Water with a pH of 7 is the best for you since it's pH neutral. Extremely basic substances, like lye, can be just as caustic as extremely acidic substances.

With smart water, they add in electrolytes through minerals. You also have to consider that having a ppm reading of 0 is actually dangerous for the body because you need minerals such as calcium and magnesium.

Essential is not really expensive. It’s about $1.89 . Also depends on the size bottle of water you get and where you get it from . It may be over $3 in a convenient store . When you pay more than $2 in place you are paying for the convenience.

Don’t drink alkaline water frequently. You want 7. It will help you avoid ph imbalance

I personally like Evian and Arrowhead because they are the best tasting to me and are close to a 7 pH... which it shouldn't be more acidic or basic... And the minerals are because it is filtered through mountains into a aquifer

Essentia is what I try to drink exclusively, but it IS expensive. Most stores where I live sell it for around $2.50 per 33oz.
Some places like Walgreens will have specials on it, 2 for $4 or at our largest local market, 2 for $3.
Lately it's been scarce here and there, I think because of these insidious storage container backups on this country's coastal ports.

Arrow head water is actually a really good spring water and know for it’s high mineral content. So the high 230 ppm is good. Same with Evian. High ppm in spring water is good, high ppm in tap water or filtered water is bad.
