Today, I want to share with you a little tip about your postpartum workouts. You see, exercise after birth has its challenges.
If you’re a postpartum Mother wanting to workout with your baby, here’s a great tip!
Chose one of their toys, preferably something that rattles or makes noise and bring it in with you as you try these three moves:
1. Squats down and up
2. All fours arm and leg out (aka bird dog)
3. Side plank
Now, as you can see here with my son, there’s a good chance they will find something else more amusing. Maybe your water bottle, maybe some other equipment.
And you know what, that’s so okay.
Surrender to it, because girl, things don’t go to plan so easily now!
