Over doing it can cause damage. So be careful if new. Also guys like this won't know how to handle life when they lose the ability to work out. His entire identity will disappear

Dude you burn 95% of your fat by just living. From doing 20 mins of cardio you barely burn half the calories of half a meal so doing cardio is not gona really make you leaner. Its dieting.
