Ukraine delegate punches Russian at Black Sea summit in Turkey

A Ukrainian delegate punched a Russian in the face during a gathering of Black Sea nations in Ankara after he snatched away a flag the Ukrainian had unfurled by a video interview with Russia's lead delegate. Earlier that day Ukrainian delegates also scuffled with security officers as they staged another protest in the assembly.

if you look carefully, you could see at the beginning how a representative of the Russian delegation (a woman in a blue suit, you also could see her later on this video on 0:35) spoke, and some provocateurs completely illegally unfurled their flag behind her back. a certain person snatched this provocative flag from provocatuer's hands and his act is quite understandable. the provocateurs violated the elementary norms of etiquette and probably even the law.
