I’ve used Sudocrem since I was a teenager. It’s a great spot treatment and helps with my dry skin, eczema and rosacea. My friend had bad eczema on her face and to help it, she would put a layer all over her face for half an hour. Worked wonders! My GP recommends it for all sorts too. There is a few newer versions too, a treatment cream called Sudosalve, to heal and soothe broken and inflamed skin. And a natural vegan version.

It might be worth adding that you are not supposed to use sudocrem in a thick layer like the woman in the video, you're only supposed to use a tiny amount and on clean skin, not on top of other products: enough for the skin to absorb it but without any excess like that, because that can cause breakouts if you overdo it xx

I used the zinc baby diaper rash cream wayyyy back in the day when I was a college student and broke. It helped my psoriasis spots☺️

I used it on my skin and it burnt like crazy. I was desperate to find a zinc oxide based cream in my country since the US products aren't available here, but sudocrem really felt like fire on my skin.
I did find a better alternative, Avène cicalfate, and another criminally underrated one which is the A-derma dermalibour + I used this one, my barrier was back to work in two days.
I really love these two, the A-derma one is thick but it dries matt and doesn't clog pores or burn it has zinc oxide and sulphate as well as magnesium and copper sulphate. It's so good❤❤❤

In the Uk we pronounce the “crem” rather than cream and we use it as a heal-all cream. I once got really sunburnt and this really helped. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have this somewhere.

Sudocrem got rid of my angular chelitis and also keeps it away. I tried the prescription steroid cream, but as soon as I stopped using it the chelitis always came back. It’s caused by the bite guard I have to wear at night, so I thought I was stuck with painful chelitis forever….A dab of Sudocrem in each outer corner of my mouth at night is all it takes to keep everything hunky dory.

FYI: Sudocrem used to be an Irish company but due to falling birthrates in Ireland and Britain they weren't selling enough sudocrem as it's traditionally seen as a nappy rash treatment. The Ireland factory had to let go of a lot of workers, and sudocrem itself got bought out by Teva, an Israeli company. This new management moved production to a cheaper country and it's reported they acknowledge they had to shift marketing in order to sell more pots.

Trying to start viral social media campaigns like this is quite popular for brands as it's cheap and it tricks viewers into believing they're authentic.

Avène Cicalfate+ Cream all the way! I layer it on my face as the last step every night and wake to clear, hydrated, stunning skin every morning. I have Rosacea and eczema, but it helps so much with both. No lanolin or fragrance, and unlike a few other brands, no silicones either.
