Will a cleaver cut through frozen yeast?
I only have a victorinox fibrox chef's knife that I use for everything.

I don't understand how the knife isn't cutting through the stone, how do you apply force on it ? I have a cheap 30$ cleaver that I like, been trying to sharpen it for months now, I had some success the first time but haven't been able to do it again...

thanks, one suggestion. if you could do your hand movements from a POV perspective it would be easier for the watcher to copy what you are doing.
