Does it work to put xylitol in coffee as a sweetner, or does that cancel the benefit?

Hi Dr. Ellie,
Been using your system for almost 2 months with the same exact products you recommended and also having the xylitol mint after every meal (The Zellie mints). I am giving time for my mouth for around 1.5-2 hours after i take the xylitol mint but still my sensitivity in the teeth has not gone away. The products I'm using are:-

- Closys ultra sensitive rinse.
- Crest anti cavity toothpaste. (Helps stop cavities before they start)
- Listerine cool mint Mouthwash.
- ACT mouthwash with 0.05 sodium fluoride.

The mouthcare system is being used once at night and the second time is during the day. After the mouthcare system I am waiting for around 20 minutes and then taking xylitol mints and giving my mouth time for atleast 1.5-2 hours.
So I'm not sure what else I could be doing wrong. Really looking forward to your response and comment. Really need help.
