The part about working the harder shifts really stood out to me. If I was hiring and a qualified candidate said they were willing to work the hard shifts (like late nights), then I would definitely be more inclined to hire that person for the job than someone who had to have the "perfect and ideal" work hours. I'm definitely going to be using that bit in my first EMT interview.

Started in CT in ems 8ish years ago & the process was SO DIFFERENT! I'm in NC now and just went through a full on assessment center that consisted of 3 days of interview segments, everything from oral boards with scenarios, med administration, blood flow through the heart, med & trauma scenarios, and a panel interview with quick fire questions. Wish this video was out a few weeks ago lol!
