we make this all the time! it looks great. Pork is some of the most underrated meat. it's so inexpensive and with enough practice, can be turned delicious every time. Best of all it's very inexpensive ! cheers

Hi there you’re actually wrong, if you leave salt on your pork skin overnight it will draw the moisture out of the skin. And the less moisture there is the crispier the pork skin 😋 love this recipe! YUM

Thank you for the details on the oven temperature. I always buy pork belly and then separate ghe skin and from meat. I can use the meat for stirfry or other meals and the skin for garnish on soups or some other meals. The pork crackling after you have bakes it in the oven, you can freeze it and use it at later date.
