Uno de los tópicos que más me llamo la atención al momento de entrar a la carrera de Ciencias del deporte fue: ¿Cuál era la mejor hora para entrenar?. En ese momento la explicación que recibí fue en base a las fluctuaciones de niveles de testosterona y otras hormonas durante el día.
