Hi Tim! I've been following you for a while now. I have diastasis recti from having children which was made worse by lifting heavy weights and my posture was getting worse and worse. I looked like I was 5 months pregnant at the end of each day even though I'm only 110 lbs. After being consistent with your videos for the past 6 months I am able to hold correct posture ALL DAY!!! I stand taller, my belly doesn't pooch out, my back doesn't sway and my diastasis recti has almost closed. I've explored other yoga teachers but I always come back to you because I really need the cues and the time in the poses that you allow. Thanks so much for your time and effort you put into these videos. I recommend you to everyone else I know that is interested in yoga!!

Thanks Tim! My boyfriend and I do your yoga lessons together. He has autism and is colorblind and doing yoga helps him interact with others and see colors such as brown and purple. For me, it is helping me think of new gluten free recipes to cook on the weekends. Thanks again Tim you truly are an angel.

I LIKE VERY MUCH THE FLOW OF THE WORKOUT.. DOESN'T STOP TO EXPLAIN AND THEN LOOSE MY CONCENTRATION ON THE ACTUAL WORK OUT.. GREAT JOB TIM

Thanks Tim for providing this yoga journey. I'm a year and a half into yoga now. I started with Wii Yoga, kids moved out and left the Wii. Then I found Yoga with Adriene. Much love Adriene!

I like how you stay in the poses a little longer, like the Wii did. I like that a lot. I'll only three practices in with you so I haven't learned, hmmm how do I word this? Your words that describe what you want us to do but I'm sure I'll get used to them quickly. What I mean is I'm looking up at the TV to figure out if I'm doing the movement properly and them your off to the next movement. My problem, not yours. Have a great day Tim and thank you.

I had a slight arm muscle injury in November, and it threw my new daily yoga practice into a tailspin. So this 30 day challenge is EXACTLY what I needed to get back into the routine in a gentler way. I love these videos! I appreciate that you go a little bit beyond the typical beginner's yoga but are not insanely advanced (yet)! You give some cues that I've never heard before and they make the poses so much more effective (i.e. lower ribs in while leg lifting). It's helpful for me if you indicate "left" and "right" (i.e. in twisted triangle) as your guiding us. It doesn't matter to me that we're not mirroring you because in those cases, we're more listening to you than looking at you.

Your videos are gold, Tim. Commentary about pelvic form and breathing (just to name a couple) are exactly the subtle tips I was lacking. Already I am achieving deeper folds and longer reaches with less strain. Thoroughly looking forward to the rest of the series. Namaste!

Really enjoyed the first two videos which bring me back smoothly into yoga. As a variant, I suggest anyone new at yoga can do a few times each video before moving to the next. It's waking my body good! Thank you so much Tim!
