Its good, but you don't want those shoulder to raise up like that. You want to glue them down in a sense and practice this movement, and its great. If your band is a little too much it will force the shoulder upward. You can clearly see that this gentlemans right shoulder is his weaker side by the way its jumping up, and the left side stays down. Those rotator cuff muscles are paper thin, and you don't need a super stiff resistance. But if your trying to hit just your rear delts it probably doesn't matter as much idk?
