XRP isnt stopping here. Let's face it. Ripple have shown great transparency they could've tried to hide the memos but instead wanted them public. I'd rather hold coins such as XRP. Ripple are being fully transparent with the people holding. This is respectable. You can't fault.

I think the SEC was trying to use reverse psychology on the judge when they asked her to reconsider and make it Hinman's personal opinion, I think that they thought that they were going to get shut down on that, ( and were secretly wanting to), and when she said "okay"!! they all shit their pants🤣🤣🤣 hence this is the predicament they are in now and there is NO getting out of it, and the judge outsmarted them, she is one smart lady!! Now to add fuel to the fire, she should not only make them hand those documents over to Ripple, but she should publicize them on the front page of every newspaper across the United

I am sorry this is the hallmark of Gary Gensler and I have listened in on his so called MIT lectures it’s full of wishy wishy nothing concrete. He doesn’t say yes or no ever. Influencers are using the lawsuit as a diversion. This is an XRP bear market. Lower lows since May of 2021. Fifty cent XRP is inbound.

Finally, a blurb about Dallas based MoneyGram being taken private. Not exactly an RIP, but sad none the less. Why hasn't more air time been spent observing MoneyGram's buyout at fire sale pricing as a corporate casualty of the SEC'S litigation against Ripple? Ripple's investment and innovative platform at Moneygram, IMHO, saved Moneygram from virtual bankruptcy at $1.40 a share - which Ripple generously paid well over $3.00 for. As a result, fully 10% over cross border remittances in the U.S. / Mexico dollar/peso corridor was generated by that partnership. And then the SEC killed it, and Moneygram. This buyout IS sad and more time should be spent reflecting on Moneygram being flushed down the toilet by the SEC along with retail holders of XRP. Just sayin'. Thank you Eri for your invaluable commitment to this space. I listen carefully to all your broadcasts. Thanks for at least mentioning the buyout. To my knowledge, no one else has. Peace.
