point of clarification.. FED is Federal Reserve.. they cannot impose bans on politicians. That one is being worked through Congress. Fed is banning their own directors and governors trading stocks, bonds and crypto and yes that is a good thing. Please don't confuse the Fed's (Federal Reserve Bank) own ban and politicians' ban. What gets & has always got me about all this, is that in 2015 Ripple paid a fine (I think it was the cftc) and was declared a currency. How come another Government department can come along, ignore such a declaration and just hold its hand out for a slide of the pie 🥧? This is like double jeopardy.
