Deep & raging CROC INFESTED RIVER crossing attempt - do we make it? No fuel & water in the Kimberley

If there's one place you don't want to have a breakage, it's in the middle of the wild and remote Kimberley. 😳

We're in the middle of a huge outback adventure… and things are heating up!

Right now, we're 12 days into one of the greatest and most challenging low range adventures in Australia as we attempt to re-open the mighty Oombulgurri track for the season.

After a late wet, the track is pushing us and the rigs to the absolute limit. With huge river crossings, bottomless bog holes, bush mechanic fixes & dense bush making the track almost impossible to follow.

Now, in some of the most remote country you'll find anywhere & hundreds of KMs from help - we've hit a breakage that we could never have prepared for.

Welcome back to the FINALE of our Oombulgurri adventure. 🔥

I'd love to see a detailed video of what it takes to pack and prep for a trip like this. Food, water, fuel, spares. Cheers from NZ

Drove this track quite a few times back in the 90s when I worked for Striker Resources. I imagine you would have gone past where we used to pump water from Beta Creek and the airstrip at the base of the escarpment once you crossed over the Berkeley River. The track was more used back then with Oombulgurri open. You can still see the old Ashmore and Seppelt workings on Google Earth. We used to drive up as far up the King George River we could get then walk into the falls quite often as well. This vid brings back a lot of memories.

I found your channel last month from the flooded caravan video and loving them. I'm not even a 4x4 / offlroading person but it just has that top gear energy from everyone and they keep me engaged the entire hour long. Excited to watch all your stuff 💪

You guys live in paradise bigtime. I watch all you do living in crowded the Netherlands with no off-roading and too many people.

The word 'epic' gets thrown around a lot, but I think it's truly the only word to describe this! Good on you lot for persevering. Can't think of anything remotely like it here in the states. 🏁

Your videos are fantastic. I'm a Overlander myself i have a FJ cruiser, but I do love how when you guys are winching each other out that you do put drop bags on your winch lines, I see so many people that don't do that and the cost could be deadly.

Many thanks for showing the trip and these three episodes. I think the first show of yours I watched was this trip last year and you've upped the game and the team, camera work, sound and overall content has got better and better. Across the US in those recent trips and across all of Australia I've really enjoyed watching all these shows. These trips are great but I also appreciate the hard tracks with Jessie and Liam and also the van towing with Steph and Harvey. Well done all and all the best!

I've had to do a similar repair to my old Hilux radiator. That repair was still holding after two years and was still there when I traded it in on my Colorado. I still carry similar putty everywhere!
One thing that sold me on choosing the Colorado was the fact that the alternator is mounted up high on the motor, well away from water or mud!

Awesome adventure. Loved it as much as the last time I saw you guys do it. The only thing missing from this trip was Ronnie, despite his small cameo at the start. A trip on his country deserves his perspective...and his

Great fix on the radiator fellas 👏 I did a similar job on the old Troopy at Drysdale River a few yrs back. Metal magic putty and cracked pepper and an egg for the win!
