Can I do 30 new things in my 30th year?!

Показать описание
Join me as I try to do 30 new things in my 30th year! ✨
I'm Chronically Jenni and I am chronically ill and disabled (wheelchair user) and I was pretty unwell for most of my 20s after being diagnosed with a cocktail of chronic illnesses and learning to manage my newly disabled body. So now I am in a more stable place with my health and am more accepting of my disability I am ready to try some new things that I didn't get to do in my early 20s as well as some things I haven't tried since becoming disabled and would have to adapt and do differently. My 30th birthday is 11/11 but I am giving myself all of 2025 to try and do 30 new things and I'd love you to come on the journey with me!
There is no set list of new things but we have had some ideas that would be a dream so wanted to share a mood board of ideas in case you might be able to help me reach my goal! If you are someone who can help or know someone who might be able to please get in touch and tag brands or organisations in the comments! And I want to hear your ideas so if there's something we have missed that you think I should do or would love to see let me know in the comments!
Ive already started on some things like establishing a skincare routine, learning bsl and learning to read music and I'll be making videos to document my whole journey so please make sure you're following to see how I get on!
My dream ideas:
- Walk the red (or green) carpet at a TV/movie premiere (preferably Wicked Movie or @DisneyUK just putting it out there)
- Perform on a stage I've never performed on before - could we make it to the West end?! I do have a drama degree to put to use
- be an extra in TV or movie
- get a tattoo
- try new disability sports like wheelchair tennis, wheelchair basketball, disability snowsports, disability surfing
- Collab on creating a mobility aid product
- go to a football match
- go to a festival
- fly as a wheelchair user
- host my 30th birthday party
- have a girls weekend away, I've only ever been on holiday with my parents or partner before!
