Create A Shared Drive in Google Drive Successfully
Choose who to share with
Click the folder you want to share.
Click Share .
Under "People," type the email address or Google Group you want to share with.
To choose how a person can use the folder, click the Down arrow .
Click Send. An email is sent to people you shared with.

I'm sorry but this is not a ''shared drive'' this is only a ''shared folder''. Please know that you can only create a shared drive if you have a Google Workspace account. Otherwise, you will not have this option if you're on a regular account.
