Well your video proved that my network is working, now to figure out why it will not show up in Windows explorer's network section. The only way it lets me see the drive on the other system is to manually type the IP address of the other computer every time.

this doesn't mention you have to create a local folder and share it. Then map the drive to that folder (d or your choice)

Straight forward. I have server that's password protected. I can access thr server with the username and password but same credentials aren't not being accepted when trying to connect to thr host server

I’m looking to create a “shared folder” with a colleague of mine who works remotely (i.e. a folder easy to navigate via file explorer). I simply want a folder called “Z: [Business Name]” where we each can access/add/modify files via file explorer and have them stored locally on each of our laptops for indexing. 2 Quick Questions:
-Question #1): Since my colleague works remotely, can he still access the shared drive on the network?
-Question #2) I just purchased two licenses for one drive for business (standard), but is this best solution to accomplish my goal?
Side Note: I’d prefer not have all our company information “in the cloud, ” but I’d be open to onedrive just for backing up data (although we can probably do this locally – we both have a lot of data - or maybe via an external hard drive?)

Hey, I can succesfully add the network location but i want my computer to see that as a drive becuase it is imposible to download thins over internet because of that, Please help. I Have enabled samba service as well
