VMWare Workstation - How To Enable Drag and Drop Into Virtual Machine

In this tutorial, I will show you guys how to enable file sharing with a VMWare virtual machine.

it was enabled by itself i re-enabled it but still i can't drag and drop

Not working. Host OS is Windows 10 64 bit and guest is Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits. I just can't drag and drop for whatever reason.

what if under the options tab "guest isolation" isn't available?
