They turned off my personal hot spot use for this $55 a month plan. I called them and they were really rude and nasty. I was told by the rude and nasty customer service rep that I never had personal hot spot service in the first place and I told them that I have been using it since I bought the plan and that is the reason I continued to use their plan. I asked for a refund and they said no. I have contacted my credit card company for a dispute. I was enjoying using the personal hot spot in my service. I don't know why they have decided to SCAM me?

I bought the $55 plan thinking great I'll never run out of high-speed data cuz it says on the card underline and read Unlimited well that's not true cuz mine got shut off when I called they said it was because I was using my Hotspot on my phone well why the f*** do I have one if I can't use it and why does it let me activate it if I'm not allowed to use it . its a scam and nowhere on the card when you go to buy it does it say you're not allowed to use your hotspot on your phone it just says unlimited underlined in red I hope a lot of people see this I would really like to get this out in the open cuz I am pissed does anyone know of a truly unlimited plan where you can use your hotspot on your phone and it does not matter.. where I live it is very hard to get internet or cable cuz there's just nothing but woods around me so a hotspot on my phone is really my only option if anyone can help please let me know

It's not unlimited data unless you have wifi or use wifi

I have the $60 MetroPCS plan, my speed never throttles back even after I use 32 gigs.
