Omg when I did this I had stomach cramps real bad everything working exactly how you saying so when you said place your hands on somewhere you want heal I put it on my stomach and literally my stomach is feeling no pain I'm so mind blown right now it's crazy cause it was hurting bad and now it don't at all I'm mind Blown fr

I am so glad I found you! I have a birth defect that causes 1000 if kidney stones I pass daily.
My biggest issue is energy. I get spurts of energy and use that for nature time .
I have to say I have decreased my own stone productions way down with herbs diet and moving, grounding . Meditation

I never used to believe much in ‘alternative’ stuff but since being diagnosed with MS recently I’ve been seeing an acupuncturist who is brilliant. I just feel something in the same area i placed my hands in but it worked
