How To Fix Bluetooth Problems On Samsung Device [Updated 2024]

Update on bluetooth. Took the phone to an authorized Samsung repair shop. They did a more in depth reset and ran a hardware scan but could not find the problem. I also was haveing an issue with mass text and pictures through text not showing up. I removed my micro sd card and it fixed that issue but not bluetooth. Now my bluetooth will come on at random times. Of course never when I need it. Thinking of switching phone brands.

I can't connect if it won't turn on. Can't get anyone to understand this. IT WILL NOT TURN ON IN MY PHONE (S20). Just turns a light shade of blue. If I turn it on in settings and change windows it is turned off again when I come back to the settings. I even did a factory reset and was that a headache getting things back to normal. Hope someone can help.

UPDATE-Still no bluetooth. Getting ready to change brands, maybe a refurbished Pixel 7 and I bet the bluetooth will work.

Unfortunately no solution for me. My Samsung S20 FE suddenly does not recognize my headphones anymore. Samsung does not find them anymore when I scan for VBuetooth devices. Up until yesterday it worked fine, for the last 6 months, and the headphones connect fine with my computer. It's so annoying. It must be some Samsung bug. Unfortunately this video talks only about general compatibility, not about the case when suddenly Samsung won't finde the device anymore. And unfortunately your video does not show how to delete the Cache in the Bluetooth app. It's way too quick to see where to find this option. In the Apps section I don't find Bluetooth.

Yall need to put the headphone or ear buds on pairing mode so u can connect it to the phone it wont work if the headphones is not on paring mode

My Samsung buds working perfectly with the s23 Ultra, but now it is not working with the s24 Ultra. I am kind of thinking, this is Samsung's dirty tactic to force consumers to buy a new product? Doesn't matter what I did, it's still not working, but it connected easily with my PC. The problem is, the buds are not even listing on the phone!

in the best case, the problem is only solved momentarily, when the device is reconnected it has the same problem

I removed my SD card, and then it started working. I need my SD card, so I installed it back and turned my phone off. That made them work again.

How many locations in the phone must you check to be sure 'all' blue tooth device setting controls are set to on, or allow pairing?

This is my nightmare after the latest forced One UI update.🙄
