Coming from someone who struggles heavily with high anxiety and severe depression. This hits so fucking hard. Most days I don't want to wake up, those times are so damn difficult. Then when things look a little optimistic it all comes crashing down like a tidal wave. I've never been all their to begin with, but fuck is it falling apart. *sigh* out of all of Ffdp's newest album, this song specifically hits the hardest.

I have struggled with Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder for many years. Many days I really feel off or just bad for no outside reason. This song was instantly my favorite when I listened to it. It perfectly captures the mind of someone who struggles and doesn't know how to explain it to someone who doesn't struggle the same.
