This song has always punched me in the gut as i have dealt with depression from little to no foundational love. I had to learn how to be a man myself and smile at others. When i think of Ivan, i think of how we can help others get through the day by cheering people up, instead of making others' days worse. FFDP I have listened to since the bleeding hit my ears one day, and I looked up all their songs and kept listening over the years. I have been lucky enough to see them in concert a couple times. As someone with a troubled past and a Veteran, their music has helped me through so much pain and darkness. There are more times than I can count when my darkness has settled in, if anything this band has helped me through my life so many times. Your music is true art and inspiration and helps many of us cope with pain and much more so thank you for everything you do.

May 2020, my wife had a stroke and had to have surgery. I couldn't be there due to covid, I listened to this song on repeat to get me thru the pain. She is all well now, thank God and thank FFPD for a song that got me thru my personal pain. Ivan, you and the guys are amazing and thank you for music that hits the soul. I am forever grateful.
