I don’t flour the chicken . Once you spray the tray and the chicken the skin is SO CRISPY Thank You Marion ❤ I focus on the seasoning and Cajun is a must for that kick😂

I used Foodwishes oven crispy wings recipe. Clean and dry wings well. Toss with oil and corn starch. Air fry at 390-400 for 12 minutes. Toss and repeat. Crispy, crunchy amazing wings. Toss in your desired sauce. The absolute best!

OMG Marion. Just made these tonight. Totally delish!! Had to use your Sticky Ginger and Chili Marinade (Vietnamese one is only available at Coles and I live in a regional area where we only have Woolies) but totally yummy!! Will def make again. Thx for sharing your yummy marinades - I am an absolute fan. ❤❤

Now I feel sorry for everyone overseas who can't purchase Marion's sauces. They are killer!!! The satay one is my fave and it does the best bbq thigh fillets😍
Also the jars are just the right size to make and shake salad dressing.
Price is reasonable, too!!!

Love this looks good. I use a breading mix and put some cornflour and spray with the oil and they come that way..going try your way....love lemon grass taste. I going to make your sauce ❤❤ you have a great day...missing mom hope all is well 😘

Not sure if you monitor the comments for this recipe any more but, I followed the link an it doesn't take me to this recipe, nor could I find it on the website. What I really am looking for is the ratio of corn starch to baking powder you used. Big fan and Thank you for your reply in advance. 👃

I have a dry rub mix that i use for my wings, could i just add a touch of baking powder to the mix to help the skin get crispy?
