Electricity tariff hikes could cause unrest

NEDLAC constituency head Thulani Tshefuta is cautioning the government against electricity tariff hikes. He says this will lead to unaffordability, poor access to electricity and energy and may contribute to non-payment of electricity and other services, and even ossible unrest.
