This is a new guided mindfulness meditation to relax and love life! It uses positive energy to boost your self-love and self-worth. Your mind and body will find a calm and peace through this session. The breathing techniques will help you to feel gratitude for your life. Listen to this session in the morning or before you go to sleep for energy during the day or a peaceful rest at night.

This session contains just over 5 minutes of spoken dialogue followed by about 25 minutes of ambient music and nature sounds. You can spend as much time as you like meditating to the calming sound and watching the gentle ripples in the water. this one always make me cry. in my life, i have been mentally detached from my spouse. i've considered myself to be a loner, aimlessly walking on the beach alone. it wasn't until i started this meditation that i was able to incorporate my spouse in it; holding my hand and walking aimlessly in the beach. every time come back to the beach, the more i learn about myself..

This is described as a 30min guided meditation. It's guided for 6mins and then is just music, I was very disappointed
