Trigger points are more commonly known as muscle knots. They're the most common cause of muscle aches and pains. Yet, they are often mistreated or misdiagnosed.
If you low back pain, neck pain, tension headaches, migraine headaches or any other type of ache, then it's most likely that you have trigger points. A group of trigger points together form what doctors call Myofascial Pain Syndrome.
