@jcrebel18 - The database was created in Access 2007 and opened with Access 2010. This is not unusual, that is, to have a different version of Access to open and modify a database created in a different version of Access.

My first column in the table is "roll no." and second column is "name"...so when I enter the roll no. in the first column, I should automatically get the name corresponding to that roll no. in the second column....How can i do it?? Thanks...
