This was helpful. I recently came out as non-binary and I’m in my 30’s. I have been considering HRT as I’m much more on the feminine side, but my physical body has never really reflected that, and think it would help some of my dysphoria around my masculine features but still lots to consider.

Hey Sam, I love your videos - you have such great energy and enthusiasm that always makes me smile! I've been thinking about HRT for a little while now and although when I first thought about it I wasn't sure about whether I'd want chest growth, that's now one of the aspects that I'm most excited about. So hearing about a possible HRT that cuts out the chest growth actually sounds disappointing... I wasn't aware of the interaction of nicotine and alcohol before, so that's handy to know about. Thanks so much for doing this. I'm in my late 40s, only came out as non--binary a few months ago and I'm amazed at how many people are talking about this stuff publicly like this - it's so awesome!

From what I heard, you shouldn't rely on either kind of hrt as birth control, and if you are having piv sex and don’t want to get pregnant, you should still use birth control, because though hrt can cause infertility or decrease fertility, it varies person to person, depends on drug scheme and dosage. I completely agree that if there is a chance that you could have children post-hrt, it's in your best interest to freeze sperm/eggs to be safe. Choosing more sparing scheme with compitent doctor sounds like another option, but it's not definate. Sorry for my english

Okay. I have been on HRT for 2 years and did not know about the nicotine and it’s affect. Wow. Okay then. Best reason to quite smoking. Thank you for that. Keep playing with your hair. I think it’s awesome cause it’s you and part of your character. It’s cute. 😊

I need to look into it more, having flexibility about boobs is nice, I have been looking at HRT, and I want some boobs, but it would be wonderful to get them to a certain point and no more without stopping entirely, because I want them, just small <3

I was looking for non binary HRT after hearing of this experimental treatment that cuts off chest breath, because that's not something I really want, so I'm glad you're talking about it to spread the information !

I've always wanted feminine features but didn't want to have boobs or be in girl mode all the time, so this treatment might get me into HRT and I'm so excited to learn more. There are osteoporsis and vascular risks tho, but I'll see.

I basically hardly do 1 or 2 beers now.. clothes and weight most of slumping off. Planned Parenthood dialed the wrong number now have to wait to the 26th. I hope it happens be an awesome birthday then.

I am an intersex male non-binary person and I am not sure if I should go on HRT I already have a mix of secondary sex characteristics. Though sometimes I wish I had larger breasts, which I don't know if HRT will help, but I would hate to make myself infertile just for bigger boobs.
