The fact that nobody talks about the subliminal affirmations for acne on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance

Good luck to everyone on this journey. It took me years to figure out but have had very clear nice skin now since 22. I would say your gut/internal health is priority. I have made many adjustments on this journey. Some tips that have helped me... These were built up over the last 10 years as internal health is more than just nice skin. This is our vehicle for this experience. Make it a good one..

1. Practice fasting. Intermittent or 24-48hrs here and there. Give your digestion and organs a break. There is water fast, dry fast, juice fast, fruit fasts. All these are varieties of intensity. Fruit digestion happen within 30min.

2. Look into the top mucus causing foods and learn about the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is your bodies sewer system. When it gets backed up with mucus you get all kinds of problems. Most people get a cold/sick because there body needs to clear out the gunk. Give your body a helping hand by avoiding or minimising the top offenders such as dairy, fried foods, high oily fatty foods. Truth is most cooked food causes mucus just try to limit the worst kinds. Best foods are fruits, sweet potato for no mucus. Warm lemon, water in the morning is astringent, citrus fruits, and helps clear mucus. Move your body! The lymphatic system moves when you move. The blood has the heart the lymph has movement. Dry body brushing. Skipping, qigong, breathwork, and exercise are great circulation practices and get that nice glow going.

3. Go easy on on the skin care. Simple is best. Acne stuff is harsh AF on skin. It cleared mine in the past by nuking it. Was clear but dull and dry. You want a healthy skin barrier. Focus on Gentle skin care for sensitive skin. Wash. Moisturizer usually at night is enough. Let your skin do its thing.

3. Digestion. Certain foods dont mix well. Such as fats and sugars. If you eat lots of fruit and nuts together usually you get gas. Fruit are digested quick, nuts are not. Throw them together and you got fermented guts. Try to drink plenty of clean water but not just before you eat or after. This cools the agne(fire) of digestion and washes your enzymes which you need. Chew more. Most of your digestion happens in the mouth. Walk. Movement moves digestion. Avoid or limit inflammatory foods. Vegetable oil, seed oils, soy. Fried foods, dairy, gluten, processed foods, sugar.

My skin journey lead me to all sorts of life style changes which became holistic. Spirt, mind body. Its all one. When we live a bit more simply and stop stressing the body out by reducing the infux of shit we throw at it. Less sitting around, eating crap, watching screen etc the body will balance out. We are not meant to have acne. To be sick. But we dont live in a naturally inclined system. Its a system of comfort and consumption. Break free. Lol. Rant over. Stay strong. Be gentle with yourself and make gradual steps to a brighter you.

Best ways to treat acne
1. Eat healthy (balancing your health)
2. Cleanse, moisturize and exfoliate your skin (taking care of your skin)
3. Don’t pick at ur skin ever (reducing scars)
4. Exercise regularly (balancing hormones that cause acne)
5. Get good sleep (balancing hormones again and having sufficient energy levels)
6. Reduce intake of processed foods (have a cheating day 1-2 times a week to fulfill cravings while still being healthy)
7. Try to be mindful of stress levels and practice mindfulness daily
8. Wear sunscreen every single day (body, face and neck)
9. Dry with a soft towel and pat yourself dry don’t rub your skin with the towel (reducing inflammation of skin)
10. Try cucumber and charcoal face masks weekly (charcoal traps excess oils while cucumber mask adds good oils to balance skin barrier)
11. Be patient, changes don’t happen over night.
12. Ice your face daily after washing face (reduces swelling and soothe skin)
13. Do facials every 1-2 months (unclogging pores)

Fixing my gut health was what fixed my really bad acne as well.
Here's what I added:
Probiotics:
- saurkraut
- kimchi
- kefir
Prebiotics:
- california veggies mix
- stir fry veggies mix
- dark leafy greens
What I removed:
- almost all the sugar/unhealthy fats in my diet (make sure you're eating under the recommended amount of sugar and saturated fats per day)
- almost all seed oils
Mind you this took MONTHS to get back to normal however...
- acne is gone
- inflammation is waaaay down
- I'm way happier/more confident in general
Ultimately the cravings lessen but never go away, I'm fine with the sacrifice seeing the trade-off

2 months back during my exams I used to drink a full glass of milk in the morning and my whole face was covered with huge cystic bumps. I eliminated milk and dairy like all sugar from my diet and stopped getting acne. Now no active acne just left with scars. Now i am fasting in Ramadan and skin is glowing and scars are healing and less noticeable.

My skin cleared up for the first time of my life (at 45) and my digestion became perfect when I went on a diet of absolutely nothing but ribeyes, eggs and water. I had been eating pretty healthy before this, but once I started carnivore, my health drastically improved in all areas, as did all my blood work.

I think that leaky gut is responsible for a lot more issues with our health. People don't want to admit that their diet sucks. People don't want to make changes to their diet. My acne was bad as a teen. I can't really remember what I ate, but I know I was starting to earn a bit of money, and was eating more processed food than I was before.

Ill thank Christ for you and your channel tonight as I pray on my knees to abstain from the current bad diet. I always get stomach issues along with cystic acne and it is always the gassy kind, plus I eat alot of spicy food as well so I will reduce that too, never thought ill find a video that relates as much as yours did. Thanks alot sir :)

Your story is so similar to mine. I had no skin issues then took a large amount of anti biotics after a health issue. Following that I started getting frequent cystic acne. I eventually saw a dermatologist who put me on doxycycline and I stupidly took it.. it didn’t help the acne even a tiny bit and now I know it was just blowing up my gut.. went back to the dermo after 8 months on doxy and their solution was to increase the dosage.. I denied it and stopped taking doxy and started doing my own research and here we are.. things are starting to make sense. Also doxycycline is messed up for people with anxiety, anyone who’s reading this, avoid doxycycline at all costs if you have anxiety

Thankyou, thankyou so much, I came across this video in start of January, and started eating yogurt every morning, and I can't believe my pimples cleared up, in like 2 months, I have had these recurring cystic acne atleast 3 4 on my cheeks everyday, for a whole year.

And they started right after I had an very unhealthy diet to lose weight quickly, seems like it messed up my gut health.

Finally I can wash my face without feeling bumps or pain.

Thnakyou thankyou so much, you really helped me out, each day I used to wakeup scared to look in the mirror, finally it got over.

Thankyou so much kind person

I cut out sugar recently and noticed a huge difference with my acne, have some lingering acne so going to add some more of this stuff into my diet and hope that clears it all :)

I intuitively started to avoid the ‘bad bacteria’ foods that you mentioned because I could feel my skin flare up after a few bites. My cystic acne also took over when I started having an insane amount of chocolate for months ( it was my comfort food/drink as a stressed fresher at uni). Doctor prescribed antibiotics, which made my gut health so much worse.

But I really didn’t know about prebiotics/probiotics. I will try to eat a few serving each day and see what happens!

Also, pls part 2!!

I am 32 years old I suffered from acne for 10 years from 15 to 25 years because of my unhealthy sedentary lifestyle. Perhaps Liver health is also important to treat this acne. I was diagnosed with high SGPT and SGOT first stage of Non alcoholic Liver cirrhosis. Finally I started doing cardio and aerobic exercises my Liver healed and acne gone.

Hi, my acne issues are gone now so there's no real reason for me to keep watching.

But I really appreciate you making these videos. I've been subbed since when you were dealing with severe acne, and it's great to see how, even though your acne is healed, you still continue to help others both with the acne itself and the mental baggage that often goes ignored. Keep up the good work sir.

Yessss please make a part two about this! I can say with confidence that this is my root cause of my acne. I have been eating healthy & taking probiotics for about two weeks now and have seen no signs of improvement but I’m hopeful that if I continue to stay healthy I will eventually get my acne under control. However, my acne is genetic so that’s the only thing that makes me slightly doubt the process. Hopefully I can get a response back from you about my specific situation. Anyways, love your channel and your personality. Thanks for all the help. ❤

Most of the acne sufferers have sugar resistance like in my case sugar triggers my hormones and as a result acne appers therefore i gives up sugar and started intermittent fasting

For everyone who’s addicted to Chipotle, I highly recommend you take a break from it. They cook their ingredients with seed and soy oils which are very inflammatory!!!

I used to eat chipotle at least 3 times a week and I always had bad, painful breakouts. Thought it was hormonal from working out. Once I made the connection, my breakouts stopped as soon as I removed that stuff out my diet. Haven’t had a bite of it in 4 years and my skin cleared up tremendously. Try it and see how your body reacts.

The most critical facet is mending nutrient deficiencies. Notably, Vitamin D, zinc, copper, Vitamin A and C deficiency causes compound issues including acne.
