The prosecutors opening statement was brilliant, the emphasis and repetition of the words “defendant “&
“Conspiracy “ laid the groundwork and outline of the entire prosecution. This is exactly what an opening statement should do. Simple, short and sweet. Repetition and then the rest is a fill in for the jury. The rest of the evidence the jury will dovetail into that simple outline and parameters. “Defendant “ “Conspiracy “.
