This is one of my favorites. I had someone take my really great dinner leftovers out of the break room fridge on their way out the door when I was starting my graveyard shift. It sucked.

My wife was a CNA and devoted her whole career to helping others. She always put herself last when it came to her patients and would even work sick sometimes. One day she called me and was crying because she was helping a client run some errands and had to leave in a hurry. She looked back after she helped the client get into her car and saw through the window a cup of tea she had just made for herself sitting on the counter. She didn't have time to go back and get it so she left so the client wouldn't be late. Through tears she told me "I just wanted a cup of tea for myself." Ross' behavior in this episode is totally relatable and actually heart-breaking in a real setting. It's interpreted as funny but for him it was anything but. When someone's life seems to be and endless ordeal of stressful situations, it really is the little things that keep you sane, whether it's a cup of tea or a sandwich.
