If you have an XPS file like this one and you can't open it.
Go to Windows settings.
Click here on apps.
Click here optional features.
Click add a feature.
Search for XPS viewer.
Usually, it’s at the bottom of the list.
Click on it and click install.
After installation restart your computer.
And now you can open XPS files.
