Enable and Install XPS Viewer app On Windows 11

In this video I explain how to open and view an XPS file in Windows 11 using the built-in XPS viewer in Windows without installing any third-party software. Windows 11 also allows you to print to XPS locally using the Microsoft XPS Document Writer printer feature. An XPS file created by Microsoft XPS Document Writer can be opened by any application that supports this format. XPS Viewer is the default application used to open .XPS files in Windows 11. "Optional features" is NOT an option on the Apps screen any longer. I'm running Win 11. Note: the way I got it to work was when I was at the "Apps" screen I typed in "optional features" in the "find a setting" field which is at the top of the left column. When the Optional features windows opens then the instructions in this video (click view features; search for xps viewer; etc.) all work.

It's not installing even after trying the same.
It shows downloading option but later on after a minute it gets cancelled by itself
