I am in open work permit and i work as a construction technician. We generally have lay off during winter and overtime hours while working.

So to calculate hours for express entry, my actual working period would be 8 months but my total hours would be more than 1560 hours. So will this be counted as 1 year or the layoff period won’t be counted ?? Or only 8 months i.e. (8*4*30= 960 hours) will be counted??

If I have got a GTS work visa. How soon can I apply for PR through express entry?
Do I have to wait for a year and then apply under CEC stream?
Or Can I apply before the first year has completed under the normal Express Entry category?
If I can apply under the normal express entry category using my job offer. Can I start the process from outside Canada and then move to Canada (as I have the GTS visa). Or should I start the process only once I am inside Canada.

I received ITA in the last draw. My salary statements to show in work experience section are from Saudi bank. But my Proof of Funds is in Indian bank. Since IRCC knows now that I possess both Indian and Saudi bank accounts, do I need to show POF letter from both Indian and Saudi bank accounts? Or only from the Indian account where I possess the funds?

Since canada website mentions we need to show letter from every bank that has our money, I am confused. Please guide 🙏

What documents have they provided, what queries have they received related to this, and is there any other essential information to consider?
