As world leaders depart the NATO summit in Washington, D.C., Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will stop Thursday night at Mar-a-Lago to meet with former President Donald Trump. The problematic NATO ally has also become an icon within certain factions of the American conservative movement. His political director, Balázs Orbán, spoke with CBS News' Margaret Brennan ahead of the meeting.

That reporter is lying. Hungary is not the only NATO country not supporting Ukraine.

V. Orban is sane. He knows what is at stake and urges Peace Talks. Please stop the fighting, and make peace.

Good for Trump! Victor has been wanting peace....is willing to negotiate for peace. Now press freedom, that a different subject.

The reporter feigns surprise that there are ideological differences between the present US administration and the Hungarian government. He accuses Hungary of interfering in the US presidential election simply by saying that it was better for Europe, the Middle East and Hungary under the Trump administration. When Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's political advisor Balázs Orbán started talking about how the Biden administration is interfering in the internal affairs of a sovereign state, the interview was cut. The present US ambassador in Budapest, Mr Pressman, is specifically organising and, through him among others, paying the Hungarian opposition to bring down the pro-peace Orbán government. Is this not interference by America in the internal affairs of a sovereign country? Of course the present Hungarian government is sympathetic to Trump. Who'd be a fool to sympathize with a president who's out to destroy him?

The lady making the interview did not listen to Mr. Orbán's words at all! Or she doesn't want to acknowledge the truth and only repeats her own political lies like a parrot! Freedom of speech is greater in Hungary than in America or Western Europe. And the judiciary is much more independent from politics than in the USA !!! In general, public life is not as infected with ideology as in America.
