Thanks, this really helped me and I appreciate that the video was so short. Just have one more question: I guess you need to keep the criteria list (in your example the names of the team) in the spreadsheet? Because if I delete it, the drop-down menu doesn't work anymore. But then I will always have the criteria list at the bottom. Can I hide it somehow or can I delete it, but ensure that the drop-down menu still works? Thanks.

How can you stop team members from clearing the cell and overriding your list? I noticed others can place a blank cell over the dropdown list, basically overriding and negating the dropdown.

what if I want the dropdown menu on the first column to change what's in another cell. For example: First column each dropdown contains different ranks of a skill, selecting one will show a different effect that the skill upgrades on that rank in the adjacent cell.
