I have an LG induction range. What I love best. I put paper towels just under the edges of the pan, and covering the front controls. I also put a paper towel over the frypan. They won’t catch fire.

Stovetop stays clean. If no splattering, I just reuse the clean towels.

I love induction stoves. The only thing I can't do with it is tossing with a wok. But that may be because I don't have the right equipment.
If I have to cook with fire I get super impatient and can't believe how slow it is.
Best benefit: I don't need to deal with gas .

I love induction and was happy when I finally found a cooktop that WAS NOT BLACK.
Black shows every splash, smudge, scratch, dust, etc.
In 2017 I came across a concrete gray induction cooktop by Fagor that was being clearanced with 2016 items. People think it must have cost a lot, because all stores ever carry is black.

What if I told you... people have been using these things about 20-30 years ago in Asia to eat hotpot? This isn't new technology... it's only new cause US is so slow with adopting technology anywhere besides warfare.

Even nowadays in the self proclaimed superior land of N. America, many many people don't know what induction cooking (cooker) is. Lots of pro. chef turn their nose up on induction technology.

I hate this. I finally installed it and i cannot slam my fat pan on my fat stove. It scratched IMMEDIATELY when i put on a pan. Bought some kind of coasters that’ll help but i have to be super careful.

What happens when I cook with my child 1 hour a day?

Doesn't the sides of the pan also participate in cooking proces, and doesn't the stuff cook lees evenly when the heat source is stricktly limited to the bottom? You could say that I should put a lid on but wouldn't that ruin the whole frying proces?
