Join Carla Lalli Music, Alex Delany, Chris Morocco, Sohla El-Waylly, Amiel Stanek, Priya Krishna, Molly Baz, Rick Martinez, Brad Leone and Claire Saffitz for another episode of Test Kitchen Talks. This time, we took the advice of viewer Kylee Hill, who on an earlier video suggested: 'They should give each chef a recipe with all the ingredients measured out in front of them. The catch is they don't know what the recipe is.' That was a good idea, Kylee, so we did that.

Idea: Telephone game, but with food. First chef makes a quick dish, the next in line tastes and re-creates that dish, so on until the last, where the first and last dishes are compared.

It's interesting to see how different everyone's "food personality" is. Like Brad knows Chris so well, he knew he'd fry the chikpeas.

Next up: a relay recipe, where each chef gets to start a recipe of their choosing, but they have to let another chef take over part of the way through cooking without telling them what they have made so far/what the dish is, and same with the next chef!
