Problem: colliders are coliding and interlocking with each other. Ballsocket type constraints wont work alone, either scale them down or offset the colliders

PhysiX had it's flaws but they at least they had ragdolls figured out. Chaos has a long way to go

You have two bodies constrained together in a pose where they are colliding. You need to disable collision between that pair of bodies.

Collisions shouldnt collide the collisions next to them. Thats why character moves like crazy collisions are inside of others. You have to specify which collisions can collide with selected collision

Problem would be mass settings, self-collision and IK isn't setup properly, if at all.

I say the problem; it is socket attached weapons such, you should remove the preview attached things from skeleton editor
then re open it'll work correct

Oh damn I had that happen for so long, gotta destroy any components that aren't attached to the mesh when the character dies
