I just got mine today and super excited. In many of these videos, I see an orange hose for the propane tank but mine is black and seems short.

It's widely known that 15 minutes is not nearly enough time to preheat. Would be nice if you'd own that. 30-45 minutes is what you need.... That said, I really like mine!

Any tips on ensuring the stone gets hot over a broader area? Mine is nearly twice as hot in the rear, I know this is obviously down to the flames being at the rear but is there a better way to fire and warm it up to get a more even temperature across the stone?

so how do you get the crust took all the way? never cooks in the middle or underneath. even when heat is cranked all the way up. seems like stone doesn't get hot enough or stay hot after the dough sits on the stone. The top of the crust cooks fine but not the rest of it.

13'" in a 12" oven? The English and there metric system, it to easy they need to complacent things. Side note- love her dress!
